  We first ordered our dishwasher online back in early December. They waited to email us on January 3rd that the "payment hadn't gotten through" so we had to start over and reorder. We later got an email saying they would call us when it was received on January 18. They did not call. I called and was put on hold and transferred 5 times. They finally told me yes, they had it, but could not be bother to deliver it until february 3rd! Meant as a christmas present and to not arrive until February? Ridiculous customer service!
