  Brought my Mac there to get a diagnostic ran. I waited 5 days without hearing any news and when i decided to call and check on it they said. “Um, i think it’s done. Yeah, we couldn’t fix it.” So i went in pretty upset to pick it up from the terrible service. But once i was there in person they described to me what was wrong with it. They also didn’t charge me which made me feel better.

  Had a problem with our Macbook, took it to Best Buy and felt they knew nothing but were quick to tell us it would cost us either $40 or $150 depending on how much they would have to do. We left and went to Verizon where we purchased it. They informed us they are not trained on Apple and couldn't help us but did tell us about the new Experimac store in Bismarck. We visited their store and within 5 minutes (including time the very nice lady took to explain what she did) walked out with our problem solved. We were elated!! Good job Experimac!

  Last year I went it thinking I needed my screen replaced on my iPhone, turns out it wasn’t fixable. The young woman working was AMAZING. She stayed an hour past her shift to help me set up the new used phone I had to purchase even though I offered to come back another day or figure it out myself. She was so helpful and kind!!! Well today I came in needing a new phone as that phone will no longer hold a charge and I need a new one but the guy wouldn’t help me. Said you don’t have any phones and to have a good day. Thanks a lot. No offer to say hey try again in a few days or anything. Guess I’ll go somewhere else for a new phone. Wish the young woman with the tattoos had been there.
