  The company is ran by a bunch of friendly, competent, and professional people! They fixed this laptop of mine very quickly and only charged me for what needed to be done unlike the lameass service that was given to me by the bozos at the Geek Squad!   They have fixed my virus infected work computer twice over a period of about two years. The one time it was so bad that when you powered up the computer it did nothing. I was sure all my data was gone. I had an external hard drive with thousands of pictures spanning many years that quit working. I brought it to them and they were able to take it apart and pull the drive out of it and retrieve my many family pictures. I purchased a laptop computer from them as well and it was not over priced as others have said. I have nothing but praise for this company and would recommend them to anyone. Dave
