  Purchased a mattress, frame, and delivery. Shortly (20 minutes) after purchase I called the store and told them I didn't need the frame anymore and I also would no longer require delivery. They told me I would be able to come back to the store and pickup the mattress in about an hour. When I showed up Dustin informed me that I couldn't return the bed frame because "all sales are final". I hadn't even received the product yet. It was still in his delivery truck behind the store. He fed me a line about how once something is taken out of their inventory on the computer, there is no way to put it back in to inventory. He then boasted about how he has been in business for 10 years. Do you know how you gain customers and build a business? You treat your customers well and they will come back. I will never spend another dime in any of your businesses. If I can't trust you enough to buy a mattress from you, I'm sure not going to buy a vehicle from you. Only a scumbag would loose a customer over $100. Don't waste your money here, nothing but problems.

  Where do we even start??! LOVE the friendly, knowledgeable, and engaged team at Americas Mattress!! For over a year we have been debating and looking for a mattress. Today we purchased the Serta Motion Perfect III and I can not believe we slept this long without one! Misty, Sheila, and Dustin helped us pick out our perfect mattress! Misty helped us get the best deal and printed exactly what we needed to get all the manufacturers warranties! She even gave our daughter one of those adorable Serta sheep plush! Not only that, the owner himself, Dustin, and his team member Eric delivered - not just the same day - but THREE HOURS after our purchase! Dustin even took the time to help us download the Bluetooth remote app on our phones and made sure we understood how to use it! Best experience we have had in retail purchase in years!!
